Glenn Haynes – a welcome addition to TAFE SA’s Shearing and Wool Handler Training Programme
The SCAA is very pleased to hear that TAFE SA’s Wool and Shearing program has recently engaged former Shearing Contractor and SCAA member Glenn Haynes, as a Lecturer in Shearing and Wool. Glenn brings to this role 26 years of experience and knowledge gained in the wool industry.
Many of you will be aware that previously Glenn ran a very successful Shearing Contracting business for 16 years, predominately in the South East region of South Australia
With this level of experience and enthusiasm, Glenn will provide invaluable knowledge and technique to further enhance the skills and knowledge of learner, intermediate and even experienced shearers and wool handlers in South Australia.
Glenn’s skills and experience compliment the already strong ‘line up’ for training in SA as he joins Australian team members Shannon Warnest and Justin Dolphin, who are also instructors within the TAFE SA shearing program.
